Sébastien Leboeuf is a visionary leader in real estate development, shaping the landscapes of Quebec City and British Columbia. As CEO of OVIS Group, he directs the company’s strategy, overseeing acquisitions and financial operations. Previously, he led Leboeuf Societe Immobiliere to prominence.

Since beginning his career in 1992, Sébastien has completed over 600 lot subdivisions and developed a portfolio of over 1000 hectares. Currently, OVIS has 324 rental units and 17,000 square feet of retail space under construction. He’s also spearheading the development of a ski resort in Quebec City.

In recognition of his contributions, Sébastien received the Queen’s Jubilee Medal, highlighting his impact on the industry and society.
