I’m the founder of OVIS Group, a purpose-driven multi-family development company focused on reimagining how purpose-built rentals are designed, financed, and delivered across Canada.
Our mission is simple: create high-quality, energy-efficient housing that’s accessible and community-driven — tackling Canada’s housing affordability crisis head-on.
To date, we’ve:
Actively building 322 purpose-built rental units and more than 17,000 sq. ft. of commercial space
Managing over 120 newly completed, stabilized units
Working on 500+ additional homes in pre-construction
I entered the real estate world in 2019 — during one of the slowest markets in 30 years — and sold 122 homes in my first year as a solo agent. In year two, I launched a full-scale real estate team, Fox Group, growing it to 10 agents. Not long after, at just 26 years old, I co-founded OVIS Group to move from selling homes to developing the future of housing across Canada.
Over the course of my real estate career, I scaled to $200M+ in career sales, closed 300+ homes, and earned multiple industry honors including Concord Rising Star, Medallion Member, and Concord Platinum Elite.
Today, my focus is on legacy — building long-term housing, community value, and economic uplift. That passion for innovation and impact led to my selection into League of Innovators (LOI) — Canada’s largest youth accelerator and VC fund, co-founded by Hootsuite’s Ryan Holmes and angel investor Manny Padda. LOI exists to break down barriers for young entrepreneurs, and to date has supported over 15,000 founders, graduated 250+ startups, and helped create more than $1B in enterprise value.
In 2024, I was named to BC Business’s 30 Under 30, a recognition of both real estate accomplishments and broader leadership in innovation and community development.
